Broccoli Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh broccoli, chopped
- 2 12 oz cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 2 can cream of potato soup
- 1 to 2 cups cubed Velvetta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Place chopped broccoli in medium sized saucepan. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and steam briefly. Remove from heat while broccoli is a bit crunchy. Set aside. Do not drain.
Mix together soups and milk in crock pot.
Add broccoli and cooking water and cover. Coook on High for 1 hour or Low for 1 1/2 hours. Twenty minutes before serving, stir in velveeta cheese.
Can substitute msuhroom soup for cheddar cheese soup.
