Kit Kat Bar Cookies

Ingredients

• Butter cracker such as Waverly
• 1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (I buy the already crushed ones.)
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put graham crackers, brown sugar, white sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
2. Put a layer of Waverly Crackers in a 9x13 inch pan and pour half of the boiled mixture over it. Put another layer of crackers and pour the remaining hot mixture on top. Add the last layer of crackers.
3. Over low heat, melt the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Spread over the top.
