  • 1/2 cup (50 grams) strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy, hemp or almond milk
  • 2/3 cup (100 grams) rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons (14 grams) flaxseeds, ground
  • 2 tablespoons (10 grams) walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) poppyseeds
  • 1 teaspoon (3 grams) cinnamon
  • 1 Large banana
  • 1/2 cup (50 grams) raspberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons (15 grams) raisins
  • 2 dates, chopped, divided
  • 2 teaspoons (3 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons raw cashews

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Blend strawberries and almond milk. Pour into a large pie dish.

In a bowl, mix oats, flax, walnuts, poppies, cinnamon, banana, raspberries, raisins and 1/2 of the chopped dates.

Add to the pie dish; mix thoroughly. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.

While the oats are baking, prepare topping: cocoa-cashew cream! In a blender pulverize cashews. Then add remaining dates, cocoa powder and a bit of almond milk. Blend to desired consistency.

When the twenty minutes of baking have elapsed, you may want to broil for a minute or two. Take out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top it with the cocoa-cashew cream. It's to die for!
