Freezing Fresh Sweet Corn

Ingredients

• 1 Gallon corn (off the cob)
• 1 Qt. water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in large spaghetti pot with built in colander and bring to a rolling boil. Shut off and lift up colander so it is out of the water. Let cool completely. Spoon with holely spoon into pint size freezer containers or Ziploc bags. If in container, fill 3/4 of the way up and add a little bit of the water to the container and seal.
