Ingredients
- 6 cups red potatoes, washed and sliced very thin
- 1/2 cup diced red or white onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese and 1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese or use ALL Cheddar
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley, dry 1 Tablespoon
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash slice and place potatoes in a bowl.
2. Add chopped onion, butter, cheese, and cream and spices.
3. Mix and place in a 1 inch baking pan. Press the potatoes down into pan.
4. Place on 1 inch rack and cook at power level high for 20 minutes.
5. Let sit in the NuWave for 2 minutes.
Tips
You can use any oven safe dish in the NuWave oven.
You can also use Yukon gold potatoes.
