- 1 pound fresh carrots washed and cut into thin round slices (1/2 Lb
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil (1 1/2 tsp)
- 1 teaspoon salt (1/2 tsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (1/4 tsp)
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar (1 Tbsp)
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar (1 1/2 tsp)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place olive oil, balsamic vinegar and brown sugar a 10 inch baking pan, next mix in carrots.
2. Add Salt and pepper.
3. Place baking dish on the 4 inch rack and Cook on power level high for 12 minutes.
