Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) vanilla wafers, finely crushed
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tbls. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Step 1
In large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients except the granulated sugar. Shape into 1” balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Store in tightly covered container for at least 3 days before serving to allow flavors to mellow. Keeps up to 2 weeks. Do not freeze!
(I tried using a food processor to crush the wafers, then added everything else to the food processor bowl. Could not believe how this made the texture so much more like fudge! I will use this method from now on.)
