Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus
- 1 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin olive oil
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese shaved
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash and trim asparagus. Toss asparagus with Olive Oil. Place on 4 inch rack.
2. Sprinkle cheese on asparagus and cook on power level high for 5-6 minutes.
3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over asparagus and enjoy.
