Ingredients
- 7 ounces Jumbo lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar, Brie or Asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Russian-Style or Dijon mustard
- Salt & Black pepper to taste
- 3 English muffins cut in half

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pick through crab to make sure there no shells. If using crabmeat that has any liquid, squeeze any extra liquid from crab.
2. Combine all other ingredient except English muffins. Gently fold all together.
3. Cut English muffins in half horizontally. Spread crab mixture evenly over muffins and place on 4 inch rack.
4. Bake on power level high for 5-6 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly
