Ingredients

  • 3 Sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, lightly toasted and coarsely ground
  • 3/4 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chile powder or red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend well. Scrape the butter onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap and roll into a log shape. Twist the ends and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Keep the butter chilled until ready to use. Slice butter and place on hot food as soon as it comes out of the Nuwave

Tips
Store in the freezer up to 6 months. If you do use salted butter omit sea salt.
