Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 16 oz. carton of sour cream
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 9 inch pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes
Top with strawberries and whipping cream.
