Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Add flour and salt, blending to make a smooth dough. Press into ungreased 8” pie plan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into wedges while warm.
Makes 8 large or 18 small wedges.
