Ingredients
- 4 1-1 1/2 inch pork chops
- 1 teaspoon ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- Pineapple Relish
- 1 cup of fresh or canned pineapple (drain juice from can)
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 3 Tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley or Cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients in a freezer safe bag and marinate in your refrigerator for 2 hours.
2. Place your pork chops on 4 inch rack and cook on power level high for about 5 minutes per side.
3. Serve with Relish.
To prepare Relish:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and store in refrigerator until pork is ready.
You can also store in freezer, simply cook on power level High for about 10-12 minutes per side.
