Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Cornbread stuffing or herb seasoned stuffing
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup whole kernel corn
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir the stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery in medium bowl. Spoon the stuffing mixture into a greased9-inch pie plate or our 10 inch baking dish. (available for purchase)
2. Stir the brown sugar and mustard together and baste on pork chops. Place pork on stuffing. On 4 inch rack cook for 20 minutes, turning pork once.
