Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a zip top baggie; add chicken, turning to coat. Seal bag and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Place chicken on 4 inch rack.
3. Cook on power level high for 8-10 minutes per side. Depending on the thickness of the chicken. (These times are based on 1 inch chicken breasts)
4. Let meat rest on rack for 3-4 minutes. Let chicken rest with dome on for 1-2 minutes.
