Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon spanish paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small yellow hungarian pepper, seeded
  • 2-4 chicken breast or cut up fryer
  • 1 can chicken broth (cambell's)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown onion and pepper in lard. Add paprika, salt and pepper. In a separate pan brown chicken pieces and then add to onion mixture.

Slowly add broth and simmer for 1-2 hours. Once cooked add a little water/cornstarch mixture to slightly thicken broth.

Serve with hungarian dumplings.
