Ingredients

  • Left over whole chicken bones from roasted chicken
  • 1 white onion roughly chopped
  • 2 stalks celery roughly chopped
  • 1 large carrot roughly chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 peppercorns
  • 8 cups cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Put all in stock pot, Bring to boil and then simmer for 1 and half hours
Once cooked, drain in paper towel lined colander over a bowl. Only want the stock part.
