A local butcher shop grinds fresh ham loaf for us. I think it is a mixture of ground pork and ground ham.

Ingredients

  • Pour sauce mixture over:
  • 2-1/2 lbs. ground ham loaf
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Mix together and then arrange in 13 x 9 pan on top of pineapple slices
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour 15 minutes, basting frequently.
Reduce temperature to 350 and bake another 15 minutes.
