Meats - Ham Loaf

A local butcher shop grinds fresh ham loaf for us. I think it is a mixture of ground pork and ground ham.

Ingredients
- Pour sauce mixture over:
- 2-1/2 lbs. ground ham loaf
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Mix together and then arrange in 13 x 9 pan on top of pineapple slices
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Preparation
Step 1
Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour 15 minutes, basting frequently.
Reduce temperature to 350 and bake another 15 minutes.
