Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup hoisen sauce
- 1/3 cup plum sauce
- 2 Tbls. sliced green onions
- 1 Tbls. ginger root (I use nutmeg or ground ginger)
- 2 Tbls. dry sherry (cooking sherry)
- 2 Tbls. white vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat from chicken. Cut chicken into ½ inch strips. Mix remaining ingredients in large plastic bag. Add chicken and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Thread chicken onto skewers. Broil or grill about 8 minutes, turning once.
Dipping sauce: If desired, heat marinade until boiling in 1 qt. saucepan.
