Ingredients
- 1 cup nuts, soaked for 6 hours (Cashews, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Brazil Nuts and more, will work
- 1 cup almond or cashew yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp tapioca starch
- 1 Tbsp agar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Soak the nuts for 6 hours.
2. Add all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend til thoroughly mixed.
3. Pour the mixture into a skillet or saucepan, over medium-low heat.
4. Stir the mixture continuously. Once it begins to have a "stretchy" texture, remove from the heat.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold (any mold you like. a basic bowl will work)
6. Let the mixture cool for a little while. Then place plastic wrap over the cheese. Press the wrap to make contact with the top of the cheese, so that a film does not form on the top.
7. Take the cheese out of the mold and place it in the refrigerator to fully cool.
***The cheese will be good for 6-7 days in the refrigerator
