Desserts - Triple Layer Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. Fudge brownie mix
• 1 pkg. (11-1/2 oz.) milk chocolate chips
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3 cups rice krispy cereal
• 1 can (16 oz.) cream cheese frosting
• 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare and bake as directed on box in 13 x 9 pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Step 2: In large saucepan, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook over low heat 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly until melted. Stir in cereal and set aside.
Step 3: Spread frosting over brownies, sprinkle with peanuts. Spread peanut butter mixture (above) and chill 30 minutes or until set before cutting.
Store in refrigerator.
