Ingredients
- 1 T corn starch
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 2 T dry sherry
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 T minced fresh ginger
- 2 t minced garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Stir 1st 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally. Heat until mixture boils for 1 minute. Cook and stir an additional 2 minutes or till thickened.
