- 3 ripe or overripe bananas (4 if small)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add to bananas along with other ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
