  • 1 teaspoon piment d'Espelette

Preparation

Step 1

Combine shallot, lemon juice, vinegar, and lime peel in medium bowl. Cover; let stand 30 minutes.

Whisk in mayonnaise and piment d'Espelette. Season with salt and pepper.
