- 1/2 C old fashion oats
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2-3/4 C almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/2 cut up banana
- small handful blueberries, strawberries or raspberries
- a pinch of chia seeds
- tsp honey or maple syrup
