2 cups sour cream
16 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounces grated pepper-jack cheese
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 jalapeno chile, minced, or Tabasco sauce to taste

Step 1

Combine the sour cream, cottage cheese, pepper-jack cheese, and green onions in a bowl and mix well. Add the jalapeno chile and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
