- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup agave nectar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- dash cloves
- 1 3/4 cup whole spelt or whole wheat flour
