Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 (4 oz) can green chilies
- 2 avocados
- dash of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup chopped black olives
- 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 3/4 cup chopped green onions
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine refried beans and chilies in a bowl. Spread on a large plate. Cut avocados in half and scoop out pulp into a bowl. Mash with the back of a fork and add a dash of lemon juice. Spread the avocado mixture over the refried beans.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning in a bowl and spread over the avocados and beans. Top with black olives, tomatoes, green onions, and cheese.
Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
