Ingredients
- 10-12 corn tortillas, torn into pieces
- 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. grated monterrey jack cheese
- 2 sm. cans chopped green chilis
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. salt & pepper
- 1 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook chicken in boiling water for 30-45 mins. Let cool. Spray large glass dish with cooking spray. Layer tortilla pieces on bottom of dish. Layer cheese(mixed together), chilies and chicken(torn into pieces). Repeat layers till all is gone except for 1 cup of cheese. Mix soups, salt, pepper, sour cream and milk together, and pour over casserole, spreading overall. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 1 hour. Top with green onions before serving.
