Ingredients

  • 12 oz. sugar
  • 1/2 oz. salt
  • 7 1/2 oz. cornmeal
  • 2 oz. nonfat dry milk
  • 18 oz. flour
  • 1 1/2 oz. baking powder
  • 7 large eggs
  • 9 oz. vegetable oil
  • 15 oz. water

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl stir together dry ingredients. In separate bowl beat eggs, water and oil. Slowly add mixture to dry ingredients until well blended.

Coat a large cake pan with non-stick baking spray. Fill with batter.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 until golden.

Serve with honey.
