Ingredients

  • 8 oz. coarsely chopped ham, or good deli ham
  • 4 oz. room temperature cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 T hot sauce
  • 2 t. whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
  • 1 chopped scallion
  • 2 T. finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse ham in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and mix in cream cheese mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard and cayenne pepper. Fold in scallion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
