Ingredients
- 1 pound Milk chocolate (16 oz) use good quality chocolate
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Grate chocolate in a food processor fitted with shredding blade.
Melt chocolate with the cream in a fondue pot or heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
Stir coffee granules into hot water in a small cup until dissolved, then stir into chocolate mixture along with sugar and vanilla.
Set fondue pot over low flame such as sterno flame.
Serve with: Marshmallows, Strawberries, Brownie bites, Pound cake, Bananas, Pretzels.
