***Monku in Nevada's Artichoke Dip

So 80’s -- so good. The kids love this one. Pretty sure this came out of one of Mom’s groups’ cookbooks -- maybe the Carson City church group.

- 8oz. can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 shredded Parmigiano
- 1 c. mayonnaise (Best Foods)
- Sm. can Ortega diced chilis

DIRECTIONS
• Chop artichokes in blender or food processor.
• Mix with all other ingredients.
• Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 min.
• Serve with taco chips.
