Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Paprika
  • 2 1/2 TBS coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbs onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbs coarse kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together dark brown sugar and paprika, making sure lumps are out of brown sugar.
One by one mix in each dry ingredient until mixed throughly.
Pat mixture all over the meat coating it so the meat can not be seen. Let set 15 minutes, turn meat and then apply to the bottom side.
Put in refrigerator and let it work for 4 to 24 hours.
