Ingredients

  • 5 Jello flavors
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Vanilla
  • 3 envelopes Knox gelatin
  • 2 cups sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare 5 different jello flavors. Put 1 cup boiling water in each jello. (no cold water)

Put one flavor in a 9/13 pan. Put in freezer 5 minutes till firm. Test with finger

In 3 qt saucepan put 2 cups milk and 1 cup sugar. Bring to boil and add 1 tsp vanilla.
Remove from heat. Mix 3 envelopes knox gelatin with 1/2 cup cold water. Add to milk mixture. Let cool

Add 2 cups sour cream. Beat well into milk mixture. Alternate white layer with jello layer.

Put each layer in freezer before adding next.

Put 1 1/4 cups of sour cream mixture per layer.
