Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 c sugar
- 2/3 c buttermilk
- 1=2 c canola oil
- 1/4 c lemon juice, fresh is best
- 2 T Greek plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 3/4 3/4 flour minus 2 T
- 3/4 baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- Cream cheese frosting
- 1/4 pkg cream cheese, nor low fat
- Confecsugar
- Lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 8 Ingrid mix well. Add rest of ingred.
Place into cupcake papers, bake about 20 min.
Bake at 350
Cream the cheese, add sugar gradually adding fresh lemin juice til desired thickness.
