Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of ground flax seed meal
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs oil or melted butter
  • 3 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup of cream
