Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 T. rice vinegar
- 1 T. each chili garlic sauce and toasted sesame oil
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 top sirloin steak (1 1/2 lb) trimmed, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- Toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Brush grill grate or pan with oil
Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, oil, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
Add sirloin and toss to coat; set aside to marinate. Marinate at least 20 minutes. Can marinate longer.
Remove sirloin from marinade; divide among four metal skewers. Grill kebabs, covered, until charred on all side, 6 - 8 minutes total. Transfer kebabs to a plate, tent with foil, and let rest for 4 - 5 minutes.
