Ingredients

  • 6 Tbs butter
  • 4 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 3/4 cups sliced almonds (6 ounces)
  • 6 Tbs honey
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Put butter into 9x13x2-inch baking pan and melt in oven at 350F, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and add rolled oats, coconut and almonds. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.

Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until almonds are toasted and mixture is golden brown. Remove from oven; stir in raisins. Cool completely, stirring once or twice, and store in airtight container.
