Ingredients
- 1 lb. small shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked
- 8 oz elbow mac, cooked and rinsed in cold water
- 1/4 C. chopped green onion
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 C. celery, diced
- 1 C. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 C. mayo
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 T. fresh minced dill
- salt, pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine shrimp, pasta, onion, pepper, celery and peas.
Whisk together mayo, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt and pepper.
MIx sauce with other ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
