Ingredients
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1/2 Tbs flour
- 1 salt
- pepper
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbs Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the flour and seasonings to taste. Add the milk. Stir continuously until sauce thickens.
Remove pan from heat and stir in the egg yolk. Stir in the cheese.
