Ingredients
- White sauce:
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup cubed ham
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Add water to potatoes, carrots, & celery. Salt & Pepper. Cover & simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Do not drain. Make white sauce. Add cheese & stir until melted. Add ham.
