Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 cup whole mil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs, room temperature

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325* degrees.
Grease and flour two 92) 9-inch baking pans.
Sift all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add milk, oil, and coffee and mix together. Add vanilla and eggs and combine thoroughly. Batter will be a bit liquid.
Pour batter into pans and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clea
