Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- paprika
- Optional: chopped fresh spinach, crab meat
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and place in baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 300 for 25 minutes or until bubbling but not brown. If it gets too hot, it will separate.
Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, toast rounds, etc.
Note: can be made a day ahead and refrigerated
