Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh basil, stems removed
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 lb cooked spaghetti, hot

Step 1
Wash and dry basil. Place basil in a blender or food processor with garlic, olive oil, pine nuts, cheese, and pepper; puree.
Transfer cooked spaghetti to a serving bowl. Add pesto and toss thoroughly to serve.
