- 4 scallions, white and green parts, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
