Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 8 hamburger buns
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 16 slices provolone cheese
- For the sauce
- 3 Tbsp freshly minced onion (grate onion on a couple of paper towels and squeeze out the excess moisture)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the ingredients for the sauce. Spread a thin layer on the inside of the top and bottom buns. Put a slice of cheese on each half of the bun and pile the roast beef high in between. Wrap them each in foil and label if you are doing another kind. ( I did ham and cheese as well) Bake right away or store in the fridge until needed!
