Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 16 slices provolone cheese
  • For the sauce
  • 3 Tbsp freshly minced onion (grate onion on a couple of paper towels and squeeze out the excess moisture)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the ingredients for the sauce.  Spread a thin layer on the inside of the top and bottom buns.  Put a slice of cheese on each half of the bun and pile the roast beef high in between.  Wrap them each in foil and label if you are doing another kind.  ( I did ham and cheese as well)  Bake right away or store in the fridge until needed!
