Ingredients
- 3 med ripe avacados, mashed
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 T salt
- 1/4 T pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 oz) can jalapeno bean dip or any variety canned refried beans
- Large bunch green onions
- 2 med tomatoes, chopped with seeds removed
- Large can pitted black olives, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cheddar or cheddar and monterey jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine avacado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
In separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning.
in 9x13 glass pan, layer the bean dip, then avacado mixture, sour cream mixture, chopped onion, tomatoes, olives and shredded cheese.
Garnish with olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
