Ingredients
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup bacon pieces
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp shallots, chopped
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 lb whole fresh mushrooms, stems removed

Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Cook shallots in 1 tsp butter until carmelized. Add bacon pieces, green onion, shallots and Parmesan to cream cheese. Spoon in to mushroom caps. Place on an ungreased broiler pan. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 4-6 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
